Horopito - Traditional uses and very exciting research are showing that this plant has very powerful anti-fungal activity and it's uses within the microbiome and for vaginal candida are proving to be impressive.

Pomegranate - Increasing evidence suggests that polyphenols in pomegranate could serve as prebiotics to modulate the composition and function of gut microbiome - in a nutshell we are discovering it is improving healthy bacteria that act like anti-inflammatories in the gut - that's a huge win for the whole system.
