Shipping & Returns Policy

Thanks for taking the time to read our shipping policy (Policy), we are WonderWomb ABN 31 902 183 834.  The following information sets out the terms and conditions regarding delivering products to you. 

Please consider our Policy prior to making a purchase. If you have any questions, or customer service matters you would like us to address, contact us via the details set out at the end of this Policy.

Processing your order

After you make your order, we will send you a confirmation email. After your payment is authorised and verified, we will process your order, confirm our stock, and prepare the delivery information. We will send you a notice when your order has been dispatched. 

Most products promoted on our website are available from the WonderWomb clinic/headquarters. However, those products temporarily out of stock, or those which are subject to a special order, will need to be fulfilled by our suppliers. Where we anticipate delays, we will contact you and provide further details.  

Delivery

Arrangements can be made for shipping within Australia. Where products are made available for purchase via our website, shipping options may be presented at checkout. All prices presented on our website are exclusive of shipping costs. 

Please note that unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not offer international delivery. 

You are required to provide us with a correct delivery address at time of purchase. Deliveries may be delayed, and further costs incurred, if incorrect details are provided. You agree to pay the cost of re-shipping in such circumstances.

We reserve the right to dispatch the goods you purchase in more than one delivery. 

Rates and delivery timeframe

We will deliver products to you as soon as possible, generally within 14 days from time of purchase, unless otherwise advised.

You acknowledge and agree there are many unforeseen circumstances that may impact the actual delivery time, such as the availability of stock, severe weather, health pandemics, industrial action and the action or inaction by a government authority. 

Delivery confirmation

On delivery, you will be required to check the condition of the packaging and confirm that the correct products in your order have been delivered. You must notify us within 5 business days of any error with or damage to your order.

Damaged goods and delivery problems

If goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with further instructions. Where the goods can be posted or otherwise easily returned to us then you are responsible for returning the product to us within a maximum of 14 days of having received the product/s. If you are unable to return the product for any reason, we will provide you with further instructions when you contact us. Any product which you say was damaged during delivery must be returned to us in the condition in which you received it.

If goods are damaged on arrival, you’ve notified us within 5 days of receiving your goods and you have returned the items within 14 days, a refund or re-dispatching of your goods should be resolved within 14 days from the day of receiving the returned items.

Please Note: WonderWomb does not offer refunds for a change of mind and therefore does not offer refunds once a product has been ordered and paid for. As stated below, under certain circumstances where WonderWomb agrees to offer a refund, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to cover bank transaction fees, restocking and administration costs.

Refunds cannot be given on "downloadable products" once they have been purchased. If you have any questions about which product is right for you, contact us via email.  Additionally, we are unable to offer returns or replacements for items once they have been shipped.

A store credit will be issued for cancellation of orders for 'Restricted Products' (WonderWomb compounded products and Practitioner Only Supplements) whether it is cancelled by us or you, as per our Terms of Use. 

A full refund will be provided including shipping costs for any goods supplied with a major fault or defect.

If you selected shipping with insurance cover for your order at the time of purchase then you will be able to claim the loss or damage of your parcel. If the parcel is lost or damaged you will need to contact us, provide photos of the damaged items and keep the damaged item until the insurance provider has approved the claim. If the item is disposed of before the claim is approved this may jeopardise the claim. While your claim is being processed we will organise to resend your damaged or lost items. 

If shipping was selected without insurance cover, WonderWomb will be unable to refund or resend your parcel, unless the order is purchased again.  

If an item is damaged in transit, we will, once the claim is approved by WonderWomb, send a replacement product. We may ask for proof of damage (photo’s etc) to substantiate the claim.

If a product is returned to WonderWomb due to;

  • an incorrect address, or
  • failure by the customer to contact the courier for delivery or pick up from the post office,

we will contact you to organise re-shipping (additional shipping fees will apply plus an additional fee to reimburse return postage charged).

In the event that WonderWomb agrees to provide a refund in specific cases;

  • All refunds shall be for merchandise only, less the initial shipping cost and/or return shipping fees if the parcel has been shipped or returned to us.
  • Monies shall be refunded for appointments cancelled 2 business days prior to consultation.
  • If WonderWomb agrees to a refund over a store credit a 20% fee for merchant transaction charges and administration fee will apply. These fees are non-refundable. 
  • All refunds shall be issued as a store credit.
  • Store Credits have a 3 month expiry date from the date of issue.

Probiotic Product Orders

No refunds shall apply for any probiotic product order returned to us due to;

  • an incorrect address,
  • or failure by the customer to contact the courier for delivery or pick up from the post office.

Probiotics are a heat sensitive product and can only remain viable in temperatures up to 30 degrees for up to 14 days, after which they start to lose their potency. As such, all probiotics returned to us will be destroyed and no refund will be provided.

Stock Levels

In the event that we are unable to provide the product you have purchased we will contact you as soon as possible. This can be due to unforeseen circumstances in regards to stock availability with our suppliers. Should this occur, we will endeavour to either;

  1. Reimburse you for your payment of the affected item(s)
  2. Place the item on back order, if you are happy to wait for stock to become available again.

Violation of Country’s Import Laws (International Orders)

If a package is returned to WonderWomb due to violation of a country's laws or import regulations, the customer will be responsible for any and all fees billed to WonderWomb as a result.

WonderWomb will instruct the carrier to abandon the package.

If an order is seized and destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, the customer will not receive credit for the merchandise or shipping costs.

Additional Notes on Returned Packages (International Orders)

If an order is rejected by customs or is unable to be delivered, and the cost to return the goods is greater than the value of the goods;

  • WonderWomb will instruct the carrier to abandon the package.
  • A refund will not be provided to the customer for the merchandise or shipping cost.

If an order is rejected by customs, because the customer is unwilling to pay the duties or taxes;

  • If the cost to return the items exceeds the cost of goods, then WonderWomb will instruct the agents to destroy the package and no refund will be provided to the customer.   Note: The customer may still be liable to pay the customs duties and taxes.

We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs Policies for your specific country before ordering.

Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing your countries regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery delays, or even returns.

Please check with your Customs Office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from WonderWomb, and if any additional licenses or permits are required.

Correct Information

Please make sure your phone number, shipping and email address is correct. Your phone number or email address may be used by the courier company, to contact you, in case there is a problem with your delivery.

WonderWomb is not responsible for the entering of any incorrect information on your order. As such WonderWomb will not be responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly delivered due to the wrong information provided.

Please Note: Once a parcel has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, or change a phone number, delivery or email address.
